IAE International was incorporated in the state of Texas in 2011 with support of its sister company Integrated Applications Engineering,inc which was incorporated in the state of Texas in 1985. The primary focus of IAE International was to design and manufacture oil well drilling motors for rental and sales to directional drilling companies through its subsidiary “Sniper Drilling Motors”. Sniper maintains a Houston support base to supply parts and services to its 250 motor rental fleet as well as over 300 motors purchased by North and South American customers. In 2014 Sniper constructed a 34,000 square foot purpose built drilling motor shop on six acres conveniently located in North Houston near Bush airport. The shop is equipped with four breakout machines, two overhead cranes, two hydraulic vices, two jib cranes and a complete compliment of state of the art instruments for quality control. The facility also houses the engineering support staff which provides quality assurance of the Sniper standard line of drilling motors as well as additional projects, Sniper also designs customized drilling motors and components per customer requirements. This manufacturing flexibility, coupled with superior expertise can accommodate the most demanding customer requirements.
